New to The Ralphs Card?  Need to Sign up online?

Log in to www.ralphs.com

Click on Sign In/Register

Most participants are new online customers, so they must click on SIGN UP TODAY in the ‘New Customer?’ box.

Sign up for a Ralphs Account by following these steps:

  • Select a preferred store by Zip Code
  • Enter e-mail address, confirm e-mail address
  • Enter password, confirm password
  • Click on any email subscriptions you choose and click next.
  • Enter your REWARDS card number and complete your information, click next.
  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions by clicking in this box.
  • Click on complete registration

You will then get a message to check your email inbox and click on the link within the body of the email. You will now see ‘Your Ralphs.com Account Has Been Activated.

‘Click here’ on the link to login to your account.

If you session has expired, you will be directed to the sign-in page

Enter your email address and password to access your account

Scroll down until you see the Edit Community Contribution link. Click on this link.

Enter FRIENDS OF IVANHOE, select our organization from list and click save changes.

To verify you are enrolled correctly, you will now see your organization’s name on your account page.

You have now completed your Online rewards card registration AND your Community Contributions registration.

Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page.

 

Already Registered?  Need to update your information?
(This means that you have already entered your email address and assigned yourself a password)

Log in to www.ralphs.com
Click Sign In/Register
Enter your email address and password
Click on ‘My Account’ (In the top right hand corner)
View all your information and edit as necessary

To make a change to your organization selection

Log in to Click Sign In/RegisterEnter your email address and passwordClick on ‘My Account’ (In the top right hand corner)View all your information and edit as necessary To make a change to your organization selection

  •  Click on ‘Edit Community Contribution Program Information’
  • Type in your 5 digit NPO number or the first 5 letters of your organizations name and click ‘Search’
  • In the ‘Select Your Organization Section’, click next to your organizations’ name
  • Click on ‘Save Changes
  • Review all information shown on your account
  • You will now see all of the changes your made and your account is updated
  • Click on ‘Logout’ at the top of the page
